As you can see, it has been a year since she last posted a new recipe. Guess what I've been eating this past year. I almost forgot her talent, which has remained dormant during this time.
These curry puffs are meant to be mini-presents for the other 2 birthday gals that she has celebrated with at cheesecake factory this year. I told her before again and again that if she puts her heart into cooking a dish, she'll do it exceptionally well. So, naturally, these curry puffs turn out great! The flaky crust and the chicken curry fillings, the taste of heaven... I've to thank these 2 b'day gals for this treat as I'm the self-appointed food taster who nibbles away at the flaky scraps that didn't make it into the give-away boxes.
This is a breakthru in her culinary skills! 11 thumbs up for the curry puff (scraps). You must try it!
